The olive paté is particularly suitable for the preparation of tantalising canapés, sandwiches, appetisers, for seasoning pasta and rice, for boiling, with soft cheeses, with rabbit or Hunter’s chicken at the final stage of the cooking process, on hard-boiled eggs, grilled meat, on pizza and anything that your culinary imagination can conjure up.
