The century-old olive trees are large and majestic, laden down by their years of existence. In keeping with tradition and a legacy dating back for many generations, we have embraced the trees as if they were family members. Their fruit, the olive, year upon year provides us with its precious juice, part of which becomes extra virgin olive oil, a raw condiment, and the other part, that you can find here, is extra virgin olive oil, with the same purity and the same goodness but obtained from more mature olives, in order to give a greater roundness and sweetness to the palate.
